At Margaret Ives Community Children's Centre we embrace the philosophy that each child is unique, developing at his or her own rate and with individual needs and interests.
We believe the health, safety and happiness of your children is paramount. Our programming and planning demonstrate respect for and understanding of children and staff. We strive towards a high level of professionalism and family involvement in an inclusive and caring environment.

Margaret Ives welcomes families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The Centre promotes an understanding of diversity and an enriched and welcoming environment free from prejudice and discrimination. Bilingual staff can be arranged to assist children and families settling in. We encourage and support links within the community and foster connections between children and families.
Hours of Operation
Childcare sessions
7.30am-12.30pm Mon-Fri
12.30pm-6.00pm Mon-Fri
Kindergarten sessions (during school terms)
9.00am - 11.45am Mon-Fri
12.45pm - 3.30pm Mon-Thurs
We are closed on public holidays and for about seven days over Christmas/New Year.
